Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations for loan approval or denial decisions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit solutions aligned with client needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop financial models to forecast cash flows and repayment scenarios
- Present credit analysis findings to credit committees and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE, or equivalent) preferred
- Deep understanding of commercial lending practices and risk assessment frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
