- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations for loan approval decisions
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure competitive credit solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Present complex financial analyses to senior management
- Stay updated on industry regulations and economic indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- CFR or equivalent credit certification preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines in a flexible environment
