Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, HIPAA).
- Conduct internal audits to identify potential risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to regulatory bodies and senior management.
- Develop and implement effective compliance training programs for employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry-specific laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal texts.
