Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC)
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across all departments
- Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Train staff on regulatory updates and best practices
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on policy development
- Stay current with evolving industry regulations and guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with compliance management software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
