Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict security protocols
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Lead cross-training initiatives for junior staff and mentor new tellers
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and disputes with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Identify and refer banking opportunities (loans, investments) to drive revenue growth
- Conduct daily audits and ensure compliance with federal banking regulations
- Participate in branch performance optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking with proven transaction volume expertise
- Advanced knowledge of banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, FIS) and anti-fraud protocols
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Exceptional cash handling skills with zero discrepancies in prior roles
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets for cross-selling products
- Strong leadership abilities demonstrated through team mentoring
- BS in Finance or related field preferred
