Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (FINRA, SEC, CFPB, etc.)
- Develop and implement compliance policies/procedures
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Train staff on compliance protocols and regulations
- Manage compliance reporting documentation
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in finance
- Relevant certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CCEP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
