Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to ensure full adherence to OSHA, EPA, and state-specific safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance programs and documentation systems.
- Investigate internal incidents and safety violations to recommend effective corrective actions.
- Deliver regular training sessions to staff on compliance standards, safety protocols, and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during scheduled inspections and audits.
- Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports and risk assessments to senior management.
- Monitor legislative changes and adapt company policies accordingly to mitigate legal risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the manufacturing or equipment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and environmental compliance laws.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training staff and reporting findings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
