Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal policies to ensure full regulatory compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits of equipment handling and operational procedures.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations or safety incidents promptly.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and external auditors.
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to changing laws.
- Train staff on compliance standards and proper equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and environmental compliance regulations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them practically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
