Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (FINRA, SEC, etc.)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on compliance policies and regulatory changes
- Manage investigations of compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation
- Proven expertise with AML, KYC, and BSA regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional written/verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., OnBase, ComplianceEase)
