Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze changes in local, state, and federal regulations to ensure organizational adherence.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement company-wide compliance policies and standard operating procedures.
- Train employees on regulatory requirements and internal compliance protocols.
- Investigate internal incidents or complaints related to non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to participate in our 3-month paid training curriculum.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
