Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance programs aligned with federal regulations (SOX, FCPA) and industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and mitigation strategies
- Provide guidance and training to employees on regulatory requirements and ethical business practices
- Manage regulatory reporting processes and maintain accurate compliance documentation
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional compliance
- Investigate and resolve compliance incidents with prompt, action-oriented solutions
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory changes and advise on implementation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I) strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in technology or financial services sector
- Deep expertise in SOX, FCPA, GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance frameworks and control systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and audit methodologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to train diverse stakeholders on complex topics
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate) and data analysis tools
