Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess internal policies and external regulations to ensure full compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees across all departments.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to federal and state agencies.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal and executive leadership to interpret complex regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of applicable industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, HIPAA, or general corporate law).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CCEP, CAMS, or JD preferred.
