- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (FINRA, SEC, OCC) to update compliance frameworks
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across all business units
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for 500+ employees
- Investigate potential violations and prepare regulatory reporting documentation
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to mitigate compliance risks
- Maintain electronic tracking systems for compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years compliance experience in financial services or regulated industry
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state banking regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., ComplianceEase, MetricStream)
