Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on compliance policies and regulatory changes

- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations (e.g., BSA, AML, Dodd-Frank)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., ComplyAdvantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CRCM, CAMS) preferred
