Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement regulatory compliance across all business operations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry regulations (e.g., AML, Dodd-Frank, SEC)
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on compliance initiatives
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for stakeholders and regulators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Certification (CRCM, CCEP, or CAMS) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with compliance software and reporting tools
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to all levels
- Proven track record of implementing successful compliance programs
