Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/yearly tax filings
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP or similar HCM platforms
- Active CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state tax regulations (FL, CA, TX)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
