Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services or tech industry
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and industry standards
- Certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) highly valued
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Experience with compliance software and data analysis tools
