Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits using provided monitoring equipment
- Train staff on regulatory requirements via our digital learning platform
- Investigate violations and prepare comprehensive compliance reports
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams using specialized compliance software
- Stay updated on regulatory changes through provided research tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years compliance experience in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of CA and federal compliance frameworks
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., MetricStream, RSA Archer)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with provided remote monitoring tools
