Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (FINRA, SEC, AML, OFAC) to ensure organizational compliance
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct thorough internal audits and risk assessments across departments
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and operations teams to embed compliance frameworks
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Lead compliance initiatives for new product launches and market expansions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Active CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal/state regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream)
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
