Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework for enterprise innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, climate AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging domains
- Design and implement scenario planning models for market disruption
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations with 5-year ROI targets
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing strategies and competitive positioning
- Build and mentor a global futurist network within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating foresight into executive action
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
