Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into enterprise strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects testing future-ready business models
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven experience developing and deploying long-term strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF) strongly preferred
