Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals

- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives

- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team of 5-8 specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Management, or related field required
