- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' reports with predictive insights and actionable recommendations
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent ecosystems

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing strategic foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 enterprises
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in foresight tools including Delphi methods, cross-impact matrices, and causal layered analysis
- Experience advising boards on systemic risks and opportunities in 2026+ business environments
