Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web5, AGI, neurotech) and market disruptions through 2026 lens
- Develop predictive models for industry transformation and competitive positioning
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive leadership teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certified in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Futurescaping, or similar)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
