Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 5-10 year planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-generation market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience leading cross-organizational change initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused thought leadership
