Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero platforms
- Process weekly payroll and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and VAT submissions
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
- Conduct quarterly financial analysis for client reporting
- Ensure compliance with UK HMRC regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UK-based bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
- AAT Level 3/4 certification or equivalent
