Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
- Process accounts payable and receivable with weekly reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Handle payroll processing and tax compliance submissions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation
- Implement efficient bookkeeping systems and processes

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (3+ years)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software
- AAT Level 3/4 certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
