Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Sage software
- Process weekly payroll for 15+ employees
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare VAT returns and quarterly financial reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
- Assist with year-end audits and tax documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- AAT Level 3/4 certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines independently
