Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction management
- Collaborate with CPA firms for tax season support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Familiarity with GAAP and payroll tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with error-free financial reporting
