Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate timesheets.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients on time.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and status updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
