Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Process payroll for multiple clients using [Software Name] and ensure tax filings are accurate.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and account balances in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
