Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Process weekly payroll and ensure tax compliance.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial reports and income statements.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and financial audits.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their account status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
