Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Generate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) for client reviews
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Optimize cash flow management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
