As a key member of our finance team, you will manage daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance for our diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card transactions with precision.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable entries accurately and timely.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure all financial data is up-to-date and backed up securely.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and tax preparation support.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account inquiries and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
