Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Process payroll accurately and in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus.
