Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and data entry.
- Perform payroll processing and tax document preparation for night shift staff.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize physical or digital filing systems.
- Assist the senior accountant with month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or Xero is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights (specifically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
