Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records using industry-standard software (QuickBooks, Xero).
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Process payroll functions and ensure tax compliance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role (2+ years preferred).
