Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional client service by resolving inquiries and building lasting relationships
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Contribute to branch goals by meeting performance metrics
- Utilize digital banking tools to enhance customer experience
- Maintain confidential customer information and security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Successful completion of background and credit check
- MUST live within Kansas City metro area
