Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions daily
- Assist with complex transactions and exceptions
- Support branch operations and team initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
