Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Balance daily transactions and adhere to compliance regulations
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
