Responsibilities
- Perform daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing with high accuracy.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
- Enter and verify invoices, receipts, and expenses into the accounting software.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Prepare basic financial reports and balance sheets.
- Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timecards.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas helpful).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided).
