Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
  • Process payroll for multiple clients with high attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and month-end close procedures.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns and other regulatory documents as required.
  • Assist in the annual audit process by providing requested documentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
