Responsibilities
- Process and code incoming invoices with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Prepare check runs and manage electronic payments.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system (SAP/Oracle).
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or finance role is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
