Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and expense reporting.
- Assist in the month-end close process and prepare necessary journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Reconcile credit card statements and maintain the fixed asset register.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or NetSuite (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
