Responsibilities

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll for employees in a timely and compliant manner.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial closings and tax preparation support.
- Utilize accounting software to track expenses and monitor budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client visits).
