Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable: Accurately process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor relations.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure financial records are precise and up-to-date.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and balance sheets for review.
- Payroll Support: Process payroll entries and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding their financial records.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize business expenses to optimize company spending.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Experience: No prior bookkeeping experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
