Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation.
- Maintain general ledger and prepare financial reports for management review.
- Organize and file financial documents and records for audit purposes.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and budget preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
