Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Support audit processes by gathering documentation and preparing schedules
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Contribute to budget forecasting and variance analysis projects
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for transaction processing and reporting
- Adhere to SOX compliance protocols and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- QuickBooks/SAP exposure or equivalent ERP system knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA exam candidates or recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
