Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements for review.
- Process payroll accurately for multiple employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and maintain organized financial records.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) to track expenses and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
