Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist with the preparation of annual tax documents and financial statements.
- Process payroll and handle employee expense reports efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or CPA preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
